The UL petroleum engineering students received many awards at SPE Deepwater Symposium in New Orleans, LA, held on August. 5, 2014. UL Petroleum recieved two first place awards. For the second year in a row, first prize in the student paper contest was awarded to a UL Petroleum Grad Student, Raj Kiran. Kolade Cole was awarded first prize in the student poster competition.
