Halliburton Sperry Drilling Facility Tour

On Friday, October 26th , the IADC petroleum engineering student chapter organized a facility tour at the Halliburton Sperry Drilling facility in Broussard, LA. The 4-hour comprehensive tour aimed at closing the gap between theory and practical applications in drilling. 38 UL Petroleum Engineering students participated in the tour and were able to see closely Drilling motors, LWD and MWD tools, the remote operations center, etc.
