UL Lafayette Petroleum Engineering once again went on an industry facility tour on Friday, October 18th . This time visiting Baker Hughes INTEQ for three hours at the Baker Hughes Super Center in Broussard, LA. All drilling and measurement tools were out on display – full suite of formation evaluation tools, a through explanation of mud pulse data processing, rotary steerables and conventional motors, QA/QC, current/upcoming technology, etc. An enhancement to a drilling education we provide.
