NOV Rig Systems Facility Tour

On Friday, Novermber 9th, UL Lafayette Petroleum Engineering toured the NOV Rig Systems facility in New Iberia, LA. Some of the equipment cover in the tour are : Accumulators, top drives, automated pipe handling systems, iron roughnecks, etc. It was a clear and concise tour on the equipment needed to drill oil and gas wells to close the gap between theory and practical applications in drilling.
