On Thursday October 5th, Six Petroleum Engineering Students earned their HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training) certifications at the UL MSTC.
This eight-hour course meets international standards for HUET. By utilizing the METS (Modular Egress Training Simulator) the participant receives the most realistic training available.
The HUET certification is a requirement for going offshore in the petroleum industry and is valid for 4 years.
